 如何架设 Windows 2008(VISTA)的密钥管理服务
环境描述：我们的测试环境由一台Windows Server2003服务器架设KMS


另外一台服务器安装Windows Server 2008使用KMS激活
下载Windows Server 2003 SP1 和更高版本的密钥管理服务 1.1 (x86)http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=81d1cb89-13bd-4250-b624-2f8c57a1ae7b&DisplayLang=zh-cn
获得你的KMS安装序列号：

 

注意KMS序列号分为多种：

 

其中MAK序列号，有激活次数限制
其中：
由 KMS 密钥激活的产品 （任何版本的支持Windows Server 2008的KMS均可激活VISTA）

安装KMS（KMSW2K3.exe）
 

 

安装WindowsServer2003-KB948003-x86-CHS.exe补丁
 

 

等待安装完成
让我们来看看VA 2.0的激活模式
 

第一步，需要为KMS配置服务器

 

第二步：激活KMS服务器

 

第三步：为KMS服务器配置SRV记录，客户端自动激活

 

KMS服务器通过SRV自动发现和KMS服务器激活（离线）
执行：

执行命令notepad %systemroot%\system32\slui\phone.inf
查看到如下信息：
CHN,,,%China%,800 830-1832,+86 21-96081368,%not_available%

打电话过去，获得激活密钥，然后执行命令

 

 

 

 

查看当前KMS状态信息

 

 

 

想实现自动发现需要添加SRV记录：_vlmcs._tcp.

 

 

 

 

 

客户端激活
指定KMS服务器地址（域内可自动用SRV记录发现）
 

 

设置激活服务器

 

 

 

错误如图，是因为这是我们连接KMS的第一台计算机，KMS需要经过25台计算机或者更多计算机连接后，这些客户端才可以激活，如果你的局域网内客户端少于5台，请用MAK的方法激活，如图，KMS服务器已经发现一台客户端。（未激活的计算机会每隔2小时自动连接KMS服务器尝试激活，当有5台以上计算机已经连接到KMS，客户端将自动激活）
