sudo nano /etc/ssh/ssh_config

Find the line:

#   Ciphers aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,arcfour256,arcfour128,aes128-cbc,3des-cbc,blow fish-cbc,cast128-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes256-cbc,arcfour

Insert a new line directly underneath and paste this line in:

Ciphers aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,aes128-cbc,3des-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes256-cbc

Save the file and exit.  ssh should work as usual.
