通过查看日志，Enclosure 85,SLOT 9的磁盘已经marked failed，Service action（removal）allowed：Yes，Enclosure 85,SLOT 16的热备磁盘已经加入raid组，磁盘对应的raid组已经Reconstruction completed。
但是，在Storage Manager界面仍然显示Enclosure 85,SLOT 9的磁盘状态为Impending drive failure，可以考虑直接更换Enclosure 85,SLOT 9的磁盘
更换磁盘的时候注意磁盘的firmware Version，如果版本不兼容可能会更换失败。
更换流程：
将故障硬盘从插槽中取出：
等待1分钟将新盘插入插槽：
此时故障硬盘显示为replaced状态：
与此硬盘相关的lun将进行copyback：
等待所有的lun的copyback完成，硬盘的状态变为Optimal：
至此，硬盘更换流程完成。
