问题描述：

在使用以下clone的时候
pip install git+https://github.com/ludlows/python-pesq
出现以下错误：

error: RPC failed; curl 56 GnuTLS recv error (-12): A TLS fatal alert has been received.
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
Everything up-to-date

解决方法：

git config --global http.postBuffer 1048576000
