anaconda 执行命令报ssl错误

conda 安装遇到问题后，一番折腾最后卸载重装了，很是郁闷。但是重装之后却遇到ssl模块失效的错误：

查看conda中pathon确实存在ssl，但是通过import就是无法引用，经查资料发现，ssl模块是在python正常安装之后，才会生成，那么是不是conda中的Python安装有问题呢？于是到python官网下载了一个同conda中版本一致的pathon安装，然后将pathon的文件拷贝到conda中，conda于是神奇的好了。

将以下配置文件写在~/.condarc中
