不想当将军的士兵，不是好士兵，而当不好士兵，永远当不好将军。大多人人在普通的岗位上勤勤恳恳工作、踏踏实实、一丝不苟认真负责工作，这样的人是支撑这个社会宝塔的最坚实的基座。他们虽然得不到万千粉丝的追捧，虽然得不到勋章和奖牌，虽然得不到绚丽的舞台上出彩的机会，但作为一个为社会为他人也为自己辛勤劳动的人，也是值得尊敬的、平凡而伟大的、了不起的人。

A soldier who didn't want to be a general is not a good soldier .and also ,if a soldier can't be a good soldier ,he will never become a good general. Most people work as a ordinary station.they work hardly、diligently、earnestly .These people make up the solidest basis sustaining our society tower.
