2003 Can't connect to MySQL server on xx [Errno 10061]
1.检查mysqld启动正常；
2.检查授权grant all privileGes on . to 'root'@'%' identified by 'xxx' WITH GRANT OPTION;
3.修改my.conf配置文件，注释#bind-address=127.0.0.1，restart mysql ，修复此问题.
