很多童鞋把这一句的gone downhill听成了go down hell, 并且觉得符合上下文语境. 这里一方面是耳朵层面去分辨hill和hell, 但更加重要的, 更加可依赖的是通过词汇搭配积累方面了解到go downhill=走下坡路, 而go down hell不是一个正确的搭配.

由于我们学校里学英语时, 重视单词和语法, 忽视语块和搭配, 并且大家阅读量和输入量普遍比较低, 所以对很多不地道的搭配缺乏感觉. 这个需要大家慢慢去积累. 见得多了, 就知道go down hell这个搭配不对.
