个人介绍
Patrick拥有23年的工作经验，在信息技术领域，无论在私营企业还是公共部门都取得了成功。他在跨多个设施管理IT服务方面经验丰富，并开发了高效、可靠的技术基础架构和可扩展的解决方案，让企业能够满足当前和未来的需求。
Patrick的重心放在充分利用其经验建立起和维护高性能、稳定和安全的EOS基础设施上。
节点团队介绍
Aloha Eos，一家美国的产块候选公司，主要产块节点在夏威夷。他们认为夏威夷是搭建网络的一个优越的地理位置，有助于连接东西方。
Aloha EOS的使命：在推广和支持整个EOS平台和社区的过程中，要以正直、诚实、公平、开放和透明的态度。
很多人都知道“Aloha”这个词有两个含义：你好和再见。还有第三个含义，那就是要尊重和善良对待每个人，给与社区和周围人足够的支持。这是一种生活方式，他们也试图将这一意义运用到在EOSIO的行动中去。

主持人：你能介绍一下参加BOSCore节点选举的原因吗？
Patrick:Aloha EOS参与Boscore节点竞选的主要原因之一是由于BOSCore先进的技术，如3s LIB和各节点按时区出块。我们也很高兴能够和其他一些高质量的BP团队进行合作。

Patrick：Aloha EOS的核心团队成员都在信息技术领域工作了20多年。所以凭借我们的工程和IT管理经验，我们认为Aloha EOS是生态系统中最具技术能力的BP团队之一。

On May 17, 2019, BCAC Interview | Aloha EOS Patrick accepted an exclusive interview with the BCAC community.
Personalintroduction
Patrick has 23 years experience and proven success working in diverse environments within both private and public sectors of information technology. He is experienced in managing IT services across multiple facilities and has developed efficient and reliable technology infrastructures with scalable solutions to allow businesses to meet current and future needs.
All of this puts Patrick in a prime position to leverage his experience to build and maintain a highly performant, stable, and secure EOS infrastructure
Node Team Introduction
Aloha EOS, a U.S. based block producing candidate that has their primary producing nodes in Hawaii. They believe Hawaii to be a beneficial geographic location for the network, which helps bridge the East and West.
The mission of Aloha EOS : Acting with integrity, honesty, fairness, openness, and transparency as work towards promoting and supporting the EOS platform and community at large.
A lot of people know the word “aloha” has two meanings, hello and goodbye. There is a third meaning as well, which is to have respect and kindness for everyone; support your community and those around you. It’s a way of life, and they try to carry this meaning into their actions with EOSIO as well.

Moderator: Can you introduce the reason for participating in the BOS node election?
Patrick: One of the main reasons Aloha EOS is participating in the BOScore node election is due to the technical advancements of the network such as 3 second finality and improved schedule sorting based on timezone. We are also excited to work alongside a number of other quality BP teams.

Moderator:What do you think is the biggest advantage of participating in a BOS node?
Patrick: The Aloha EOS core team members have all worked in Information Technology for 20+ years. With our combined engineering and IT management experience, we feel Aloha EOS is among the most technically competent BP teams in the ecosystem.

Moderator:What are you mainly doing at the current stage in BOS?
Patrick:We are assisting with testing new features, as well as promoting BOSCore to the community.

Moderator:What are you planning to do in the future?
Patrick:We are planning on releasing the rest of the Aloha EOS tool suite that we have for EOS mainnet on the BOSCore network.

Moderator:What are the expectations for BOS?
Patrick:We are pleased to see the successful start-up of BOSCore 3S LIB test network , and hope these changes can be merged back into EOSIO. We are also excited to see how the new WPS system works. We expect BOSCore will continue raising the bar on what can be achieved using EOSIO.

Moderator:Have any suggestion on the ecological development of BOS?
Patrick:BOSCore is already leading the charge from a technical advantage standpoint. At this point one of the things we feel would help BOSCore grow most is solidifying a partnership with a large DApp to drive growth.

What is BCAC

BACA Vision
BCAC hopes that it could continue to build and improve the BOSCore governance community, attract the global blockchain technology and governance enthusiasts to comprehen and participate in BOSCore, build a rich and diverse governance communication community for BOSCore, and gradually transition BOSCore to community-based governance and expand continuously. In order that the cohesiveness of BOSCore forms a strong and irreplaceable consensus mechanism.
The main purpose and functions of BCAC
1. Organize the discussions about the problems of BOSCore in community governance.
2. Organize the training and communication of BOSCore knowledge;
3. BOSCore adopts a membership system and joins as an individual, instead of a node.
