Li confident of realizing growth target

China is set to achieve its annual economic growth target while pushing forward supply-side reform.Premier Li said on Wednesday.
With policy tools,China has capacity to anchor economy and there is still ample room ffor investment to boost the economy."We will develop new economy,i.e we will foster new growth engines to help promote economic restructuring."Li said.
The new engines include emerging industries and manufacturing state-of-the-art.Traditional one tend to weaken economy.
China has seen an economic slowdown in the first two months of the year.Uncertainties in global markets taken by the US Federal Reserve has also added pressure on China.
China still has lots of potential and has decided to launch supply-side reform.The country will not falter in carrying out its reform and the authorities will also step up financial supervision.
"We need to reform and improve our financial regulatory system and will strengthen coordination."These dicisions were taken to lower the financing taken to lower the financing cousts of enterprises.
Liang said China's monetary policy is generally aadjusted flexibly in line with the development of economy.
This year,China has set a GDP growth target of 6.5 to 7 percent.
Wang,chief China economist at UBS,said that China is expected to increse investment.
