Mrs fan: in this complicated world,no one is clean,no matter who there is more or less handle in others controlling,the most annoying person is that people don't know rules,you are one of them.so brashness you are as to let white supervisor have no place in company,you kill the old master accidentally，these are not what your company manager wants.how dare your manager use you when you expose white supervisor 's shortcomings in front of her?when she decides to give up you,your suspension will turn into dismissal.
if you are not the backbone of your company,not essential at work,you will be the first one who is dismissed when troubles occur.even though many colleague surround her,comfort her,it doesn't help,she is dismissed at last.Andy points out cruelly she is not the backbone,is of no great importance.guanguan(关雎尔)says that if her colleague Intercede for her to leader，perhaps she will be retained.but transitorily，she wakes up to it of unnecessary.
singularity:you must be more thoughtful than others,then they will be convinced by you.
singularity is a talent who observes carefully,play it by ear,leave room for everyone.Every time he says something, he has to touch the other person's sweet spot.whenever Andy rejects his guidance and comfort, he will stay with her regardless of her rejection. he will cast about inviting Mrs fan to resort of his friends for satisfying Mrs fan 's vanity. singularity who ever wanted to suicide from top of roof because of going bankrupt summed up the following experience and lessons :the first,the lifetime is sorrowful and transient ,full of varieties.don't let it go，just hold tight, if one come across his lovers.the second,however difficulty you encounter，don't give up and stick looking only at where you're heading for and keep on heading for it!everyone's life has a bad time, you don't have to try to undermine yourself, not to push me away, I stand here because I like you.
Andy: the person who knows just how to escape will be a a office oil when things happened.the one will be given greater responsibility who is brave to burden loads ,admit errors,solve problems.
