开放式问答(网申)

I have taken a lesson that the teacher required us to do some homework study and make a presentation. Our group decided to study XIAOMI, which is the most famous company in recent year. But after two time discussion I found my group members idea was traditional and some could easily found in internet, so I suggested we should do more  practice surveys, such as questionnaire survey and go to the retailer store for interviewing. At first, they thought it would not make any difference, but after our open discussion we shared each other opinion, and try to comprehend their mind. Finally, we put my part into our presentation and made some other  improvement.

In the last class, the teacher said our work was comprehensive and distinctive.

I think open and supportive culture is very vital for us to successfully achieve one's goal, especially for a team. Teamwork always need understand and listen to each other. To build a perfect team, a leader is imperative, and a open atmosphere is also crucial.

I used to be the leader of Public Relations Department of DIY Association in my third college year. As one of the leader, I successfully attracted more than 200 new members successfully by coordinating and cooperating with partners from other departments, and increased the awareness of DIY Association by making DIY gifts to teachers during the Teachers’ Day and other interesting activities. Although it was just four months I was in DIY association, but  I really spent a meaningful and unforgettable time.

In my opinion, a good career is that I can find my value and happiness in company. Company is not just a place where I earn money, but also my school and parents. I want to meet different people in an open environment in which we can learn from each other.

Therefore whether sustainable is what I think most vital. Besides, a multiculture value is also important. What's more, if I can make profits for company and have more broad platform to engage, I will be more grateful and full of passion.
