在Android Studio 3.0之后的版本中，DDMS 和 Systrace、Hierarchy Viewer都不用了。使用Android Profiler替代DDMS 和 Systrace，Layout Inspector 替代Hierarchy Viewer。

解决办法有两个：

1:点击Android SDK下的`monitor.bat文件，它的目录为：
/users/用户名/Library/Android/sdk/tools/monitor.bat

提示端口被占用：

Could not open Selected VM debug port (8700). Make sure you do >not have another instance of DDMS or of the eclipse plugin running. >If it's being used by something else, choose a new port number in >the preferences.

2:改用Android Studio直接打开，路径为：
View-->Tool Windows-->Device File Explorer
