The number of private cars is regarded as the symbol of industrial development, the gigantic manufacture of cars signifies that we live in prosperous society which owes powerful strength.

As the same time, we passed through the most difficult time around the world. The revenue of persons who live in my country is higher than before, and the diseases which were troublesome to heal have been less now. So we can accumulate wealth to afford what we can pay in the past. The buy of private cars is one of the most important thing.

The two factors contribute to the abuse of private cars. In pace with the surge of automobiles, the streets in cities are satisfied with cars, the air pollution is much more serious,and the resource of petroleum will be exhausted if we do not adopt some measures.

For governments which are responsible for supervising the section of manufacture and sell should take some measures. for instance, in Beijing, there is a regulation which let citizens buy cars through lottery constrain the number of cars, so that national can not buy cars smoothly.
