For Breakfast

I have a 5-grain bagel,

a small cup of soy milk latte(Espresso shot cc, skim milk. 12oz)

For Lunch

I have a Tropical smoothie from juice 2 (ingredients according to OSU dining services are vanilla soy milk, cane sugar, natural flora or, sea salt, pineapple chunks, sliced frozen banana, fresh Spanish )

and a grilled chicken salad from juice 2 (ingredients according to OSU dining services are marinated grilled chicken, lettuce, grape tomatoes, Parmesan cheese)



For dinner

I have a  2% fat Fage Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of my protein powder.

Before I went to bed, I took supplements Calcium and Iron, the nutrition fact is same with yesterday’s.
