Windows下安装graph-tool

1. 安装MinGW, 运行D:\MinGW\msys\1.0下的 msys.bat
2. 进入到graph-tool的存放目录：$ cd d:/graph-tool-2.27 （文件名不能有空格）
3. $ ./configure

vs2015编译expat

D:\Program Files\Expat 2.2.6\Source\README:

• MS Visual Studio 2013, 2015 and 2017:
  A solution file for Visual Studio 2013 is provided: expat.sln.
  The associated project files (*.vcxproj) reside in the appropriate project directories. This solution file can be opened in VS 2015 or VS 2017 and should be upgraded automatically if VS 2013 is not also installed.

使用VS2017打开 expat.sln 然后Debug
(error: Windows SDK 版本cannot find 可以右击项目选择 Retarget solution)

各种尝试都失败……
