执行以下3条 命令,都没用

pod repo remove master
或者rm  -rf ~/.cocoapods/repos/master
git config --global http.postBuffer 524288000

执行

 rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/CocoaPods/

重新执行pod repo update

如果还是不能解决问题, 可能是因为网络问题
github clone速度太慢
终端输入下命令:

nslookup github.global.ssl.fastly.Net
nslookup github.com 

查看这两个域名对应的ip地址,然后将其写进 host,避免再次通过域名查找ip
修改/etc/hosts
sudo vi /etc/hosts
最后增加两行

52.74.223.119   github.com
69.171.237.16 github.global.ssl.fastly.Net
