Python3自学之路作业一__编写三级菜单

要求：

        1）实现三级菜单

        2）可依次进入各子菜单

        3）所需知识列表、字典

程序可实现功能：

        1）在实现上述三个要求的基础上，对程序运行过程异常进行处理：包括输入异常处理（输入为空直接退出程序），无菜单层数的限制，对进入底层菜单和顶层菜单进行了特殊处理（防止溢出等异常）
