$ sudo apt-get install libopenblas-base libopenmpi-dev python3-pip
$ pip3 install Cython
$ pip3 install torch-1.7.0-cp36-cp36m-linux_aarch64.whl

验证一下:

nvidia@nvidia-desktop:~$ python3
Python 3.6.9 (default, Jan 26 2021, 15:33:00) 
[GCC 8.4.0] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import torch
>>> torch
