AttributeError: module ‘tensorflow‘ has no attribute ‘XXX‘的问题如何解决

在执行使用了TensorFlow的代码时报了如下错误：
AttributeError: module ‘tensorflow’ has no attribute ‘Session’
AttributeError: module ‘tensorflow’ has no attribute ‘placeholder’
