轴承故障测试实验台
上图为西储大学滚动轴承故障测试试验台,该试验台主要由四个部分组成:2马力电动机(上图左侧)、扭矩传感器/译码器(上图中间)、功率测试计(上图右侧)和一个电子控制器(图中未显示)。其中待检测的轴承连接着电动机的转轴,驱动端轴承型号为SKF6205,风扇端轴承型号为SKF6203。
轴承上的故障点均由人工加工而成,其直径分为5种:7 mils, 14 mils, 21 mils, 28 mils, 和40 mils (1 mil=0.001 inches)。SKF轴承用于直径为7、14和21mils的故障,NTN等效轴承用于直径为28mils和40mils的故障。 外滚道故障是静止故障,因此相对于轴承负载区的故障位置直接影响电机/轴承系统的振动响应。为了量化这种影响,对位于3点钟(直接位于负荷区)、6点钟(与负荷区正交)和12点钟的风扇和驱动端轴承的外滚道故障进行了试验。轴承规格中列出了驱动端和风扇端轴承规格,包括轴承几何结构和缺陷频率。
振动数据是使用加速计收集的,加速计用磁性底座固定在壳体上。加速计放置在电机壳体驱动端和风扇端的12点钟位置。在一些实验中,加速计也连接到电机支撑底板上。振动信号采用16通道DAT记录仪采集,并在Matlab环境下进行处理后,所有数据文件均为Matlab(*.mat)格式。以每秒12000个样本的速度采集驱动端及风扇端数据,并以每秒48000个样本的速度采集驱动端轴承故障数据。使用扭矩传感器/编码器收集速度和马力数据,并手动记录。
数据集所包含文件夹
该次实验分别在 12000个样本/秒 和 48000个样本/秒 的速度下,采集了正常轴承信号和(单点)驱动端故障信号数据,以 12000个样本/秒 的速度收集所有风扇端故障信号数据。数据文件采用Matlab(*.mat)格式。每个文件都包含风扇和驱动端振动数据以及电机转速。
文件中变量名称含义如下:
DE - 驱动端加速计数据
FE - 风扇端加速计数据
BA - 基础加速计数据
time - 时间序列数据
RPM - 测试期间的RPM
