IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics（TII）投稿指导

题记

因为在我投稿的时候，阅读一个新的期刊说明书，非常的冗长，且各个期刊要求不一样，所以准备新的期刊投稿比较费时间。而我查询，国内关于该期刊的投稿介绍已经是很久以前的了，所以更新一个TII的投稿指导，方便大家花费更少的时间，关注更重要的点。

期刊介绍

IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics（TII）

首先看看期刊是否相关。包括查看期刊的scope以及是否发表过相关的文章（你的文章有没有引用TII的相关文章）。

双盲审审稿。

scope：The IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics is a multidisciplinary journal publishing technical papers that bridge the gap between theory and application practice of informatics in industrial environments. Its scope encompasses the use of information in intelligent, distributed, agile industrial automation and control systems. Included are knowledge-based and AI enhanced automation; intelligent computer control systems; flexible and collaborative manufacturing; industrial informatics aspects in software-defined vehicles and robotics, computer vision, industrial cyber-physical and industrial IoT systems; real-time and networked embedded systems; security in industrial processes; industrial communications; systems interoperability and human machine interaction.

文章模板

IEEE的模板选择网址templateSelector
对于投稿TII的话，依次选择Transactions, Journals and Letters—>IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics—>Original Research—>LaTex/Word—>Download Template，就能下载模板文件了，然后我选用的是LaTex版本。

文章书写需要特别注意的几个点：

• 摘要需要在150-250个单词之间，投稿网站上的摘要上限150词（所以需要再次精简）；
• 初次投稿不能在文章中加任何能识别出作者的信息，包括（题目下面的作者姓名，第一页左下角的作者信息，文章末尾的个人介绍，以及文章中的参考文献不能用我们课题组的xxx做的工作等描述。）因为采用的是双盲审机制；
• 推荐写法“A, B, and C”，而不是“A, B and C”。（可能是我个人错误）；
• 公式引用推荐写法Refer to “(1),” not “Eq. (1)” or “equation (1),” except at the beginning of a sentence: “Equation (1) is : : : .”；
• 页数限制为8页（初次投稿）；
• 参考文献需要安装标准来进行引用。比如期刊名要缩写，以及用** \emph{}**指令来显示期刊或会议名称；
• 参考文献数量限制为30个（初次投稿）。

投稿流程

登录期刊投稿网址，没有在该期刊投过的需要选择Create an Account，把必要信息填上即可，然后关联自己的ORCID账户即可。IEEE投稿账户其实是通用的（即密码和账户可以是同一个），需要用这样的方式关联一下。

然后点击Author—>Start New Submission—>Begin Submission开始填写准备投稿的文章相关信息。
其中需要注意的点是Step6：Detail & Comments的** is this manuscript a candidate for a special issue?** 这个我不太知道，我猜测可能是特别约稿的，知道的大佬麻烦解释一下。
填完了，step7检查下，然后看下看下提交的稿件是否存在超页等，然后提交就结束啦！完结，撒花！✿✿ヽ(°▽°)ノ✿

IEEE实用工具

IEEE有几个官方的工具，我感觉稍微有点用，整理给大家，都在Tools for Authors里面。

1. 期刊推荐器

IEEE Publication Recommender是用来（大致地）选择目标期刊的。在下图中两个区域二选一：左边的是填写内容关键词；右边的是上传文章，通过全文检测关键字来进行匹配。然后点击 $GetRecommendation$ 即可。

然后就会根据关键词推荐几个期刊，若是没有的话，删减一下关键词，保留主要的。（能不能中谁知道呢(*￣︶￣)）

2. 参考文献助手

这个主要是为了提示你的参考文献是否存在改进的地方，但是也不能查全，比如有些文章有具体的页码，就需要在投稿的文章中标出相应的页码，但是这个工具不能指出这种错误（我测试的时候不行）。输入姓名和邮箱地址，用于接收文件。

输入文章名，选择期刊，上传PDF文件。

后面你的邮箱会收到检测的文章，提示的地方会标准蓝色，比如这个期刊需要缩写成Proc. IEEE Conf. Comput. Vis. Pattern Recognit.，且需要在latex中用\emph{}指令对期刊和会议名称进行特别标注。

其他

期刊和会议缩写查询

• 方法一：NLM Catalog Search database这个网站能够检索到大部分的会议和期刊的缩写。输入名称后，可能不是出现在第一个，需要往下翻页找一找。找到后，CVPR的页面如下图所示，找到NLM Title Abbreviation，然后后面的就是它的缩写。若是找不到，只能尝试其他方法。
  
  找到后，输入的时候要注意和期刊匹配输入原则。比如这个CVPR的简称中需要加点，标准的引用格式如下：
  
• 方法二：查看以往的TII的期刊的关于该期刊或者会议的缩写(强推)。
