在import torch时候报错：

这个问题通常发生在MacOS中。

苦寻方法，试过os.environ['KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK']='True'，但是治标不治本。

在别人的issue中终于发现：这个问题实际上与Openmp有关系，运行以下代码之后：

conda conda uninstall intel-openmp
conda install -c intel openmp
conda install numpy
conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio -c pytorch-nightly

顺利解决，再也没报错了！
