运行matlab报错 Runtime Error

刚安装完 MATLAB 7.0,一运行就报错 Runtime Error，
后面还有一个报错框Error Starting Desktop,很多Java什么的。
（系统Win10）

在网上搜索解决方法：
1.这里说更换默认主题和添加环境变量变量名:BLAS_VERSION变量值:E:\Matlab7\bin\win32\atlas_Athlon.dll，结果不行

2.这里说将将桌面的快捷方式图标的属性修改一下，兼容性由默认的win95改为win2000就行。可是我没找到win2000选项

然后我同事看到，说就是改这个快捷方式的属性 （右键快捷方式-属性），然后勾选以兼容模式运行这个程序：选择Windows Vista选项 然后就可以运行啦

结果就可以正常打开了
