conda create虚拟环境不成功

 一开始是看到下面这种报错，有点懵。

An unexpected error has occurred. Conda has prepared the above report.

Upload did not complete.

然后往上找，发现这里是问题所在

      File "D:\ProgramFiles\miniconda3\lib\ssl.py", line 997, in _create
        raise ValueError("check_hostname requires server_hostname")
    ValueError: check_hostname requires server_hostname

就是挂了梯子的缘故，把lantern一撤，就没问题了。
