查看SQL Server的Collation

SELECT SERVERPROPERTY ('Collation')

Solution

1. 在安装SQL Server的时候Collation都选择Latin1_General（拉丁，不带100的那个）

2. 如果已经安装了SQL Server的话，那就在Database的属性下修改吧
