anaconda-navigator打不开的解决办法

1.重新安装一遍（time out 就换源：临时用一下。

例如：pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pandas，这样就会从清华镜像安装pandas库）

长久用win+R %HOMEPATH% 创建pip文件夹新建pip.ini

检查PyQt5有没有安装，有的话卸载再装（pip install PyQt5，如果已经安装过了cmd中会有提醒的）出没出现SSL问题，有的话需要装openssl到anaconda3的Python.exe所在目录中
