现阶段大数据技术最直接的商业应用场景——Business Intelligence

稳定的获取利润是企业存活、发展的保证，因此直接获取利润的环节往往是企业关心的地方，有的是让用户直接消费，如汽车、生活用品、房地产、食品、游戏、电商，有的是通过获取流量、再利用一对多的信息分发模式提供有效的信息传输渠道这种方式获利，如即时通讯、搜索引擎、信息流通平台（招聘猎头、二手车、房屋中介）。

大部分情况下，大数据技术不直接参与到直接获取利润的商业环节，那大数据技术在这些获取利润的场景中有什么作用呢？
我的一些个人看法：现阶段大数据技术最大的应用场景，也是离创造价值最近的一个方向是——Business intelligence.

维基百科对BI的解释说 Business intelligence (BI) comprises the strategies and technologies used by enterprises for the data analysis of business information. BI technologies provide historical, current and predictive views of business operations. Common functions of business intelligence technologies include reporting, online analytical processing, analytics, data mining, process mining, complex event processing, business performance management, benchmarking, text mining, predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics. BI technologies can handle large amounts of structured and sometimes unstructured data to help identify, develop and otherwise create new strategic business opportunities. They aim to allow for the easy interpretation of these big data. Identifying new opportunities and implementing an effective strategy based on insights can provide businesses with a competitive market advantage and long-term stability.

其中就提到了对大量的结构和非结构化数据的处理（handle large amounts of structured and sometimes unstructured data），随着数据量的增大，大数据技术在这一环节发挥的作用越来越大。

归根结底，Identifying new opportunities and implementing an effective strategy是目的，大数据技术是为决策者、分析师提供的工具，作为大数据技术的工程师，提供的是这些专业大数据技术（Hadoop、Spark等）到应用简单易用工具的桥梁。例如，对于游戏行业，设计一个简单易用的大数据平台，让分析师、设计师可以直接有效的分析玩家在游戏中的活动行为、付费情况，为游戏的关卡设计、活动设计提供依据，从而帮助提高游戏的可玩性、付费转化率。
