解决：文件——>首选项——>设置，在设置里找到“settings.json中编辑“字样，点击进去配置：“python.analysis.indexing”: true, 保存并退出，重启即可

①conda create -n python39 python=3.9

②安装cuda版本的pytorch

进入python --> import torch --> torch.cuda.is_available() 返回true就可以啦！
