org.apache.ibatis.exceptions.PersistenceException: ### Error querying database. Cause: java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value ‘Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone.

初识MyBatis框架的第一个程序报错了这样的问题，最终了解到是数据库时区的问题。

解决方法：对创建数据库连接信息配置文件中的"mysql.url=jdbc:"如下修改
修改前

mysql.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mybatis?serverTimezone=UTC

修改后

mysql.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mybatis?serverTimezone=GMT%2B8
