使用ffmpeg进行推流实现

本文主要是记录如何使用ffmpeg进行推流。

本文使用本地的flv视频文件,然后使用ffmpeg读取flv文件的每一帧数据,向指定的rtmp服务器进行推流,rtmp服务器的搭建见之前的文章https://www.jianshu.com/p/206c1a85e570
