个人自我介绍是面试实战非常关键的一步,因为众所周知的"前因效应"的影响,你这2-3分钟见面前的自我介绍将在很大程度上决定你在各位考官心里的形象。这份介绍将是你所有工作成绩与为人处世的总结,也是你接下来面试的基调,考官将基于你的材料与介绍进行提问。

个人单独面试基本上都是从开场问候开始,开场问候很重要,它有可能决定整个面试的基调。开场问候是给面试考官的第一印象,从言谈举止到穿着打扮将直接影响到你被录取的机会。进门应该面带微笑,但不要谄媚。话不要多,称呼一声"老师好"就足够,声音要足够洪亮,底气要足,语速自然,总之彬彬有礼而大方得体,不要过分殷勤,也不要拘谨或过分谦让。

大多数商学院所采用的面试形式,以简答、论述为主,情景分析等内容。通用流程如下:

(1)自我介绍——有些院校也会将这部分放在英文面试中进行。

(2)工作经验考查——面试官会根据你的简历有针对性地提出一些问题,一方面考查你简历的诚信度,另一方面了解你的实际工作经验。

(3)管理情景分析——给你设定某一管理事件,让你作出阐述。这主要考查你的管理潜质。

(4)经济管理常识问答——主要考查你的知识面。

1、怎么自我介绍,自我介绍应该注意哪些?

自我介绍是很好的表现机会,应把握以下几个要点:首先,要突出个人的优点和特长,并要有相当的可信度。特别是具有实际管理经验的要突出自己在管理方面的优势,最好是通过自己做过什么项目这样的方式来验证一下;其次,要展示个性,使个人形象鲜明,可以适当引用别人的言论,如老师、朋友等的评论来支持自己的描述;第三,不可夸张,坚持以事实说话,少用虚词、感叹词之类;最后,要符合常规,介绍的内容和层次应合理、有序地展开。最后,要符合逻辑,介绍时应层次分明、重点突出,使自己的优势很自然地逐步显露,不要一上来就急于罗列自己的优点。

举个例子仅供大家参考:

各位老师好,我叫复旦求是,2008年毕业于厦门大学,同年分配到北京工作,现在就职一家XXXXX公司市场部部门经理。

(下面我想从两个方面介绍一下我自己。

工作业绩:

1:2008年7月分配到北京*****公司重点实验室;

2009年4月作为首席代表组建并运作上海办事处,一年就为公司实现了***万销售业绩。

2:2010年5月加入******公司,在市场部任商务经理,带领sales人员,推动中小企业的网站建设。

3:2011年1月份,加盟XXXXX发展有限公司,任职市场部部门经理,主要负责培养销售团队,带领我的客户经理人及销售人员推广我们的软件系统。

其中最大的成绩:

在XXX公司,作为市场部部门经理,带领客户经理,面对包括XXX等竞争对手,最终将我们的软件系统与惠普、康柏、恒基伟业四大随身电脑硬件平台捆绑成功!使我们的软件成为该行业的一种标准!

2.管理情景分析以及经济管理常识参考

假设你被公司任命为一个新成立的团队的领导者,你的团队成员在此之前相互不认识,你如何迅速的使他们对团队产生认同感,增加团队的凝聚力?你可以结合自己的经历谈一谈。

回答:介绍团队成立的目的,团队的目标,这个团队在整体目标中的作用,我们整个公司的远景规划,我们评价团队成员的标准,企业的文化。组织必要的团队集体活动,与其他团队之间的交流。树立团队近期的目标,团结大家一起完成任务,并结合实际评价工作情况,褒奖或点评不足,发挥其中优秀者的示范作用,鼓励大家完善不足的地方。团队成员的一致目标是形成凝聚力的保证。

2. 有人说“失败的公司千差万别,然而成功的公司很相近”。请你简述一下成功公司的特点,以及可能导致公司失败的原因?

答:成功公司的特点是所有的方面都做的较好而没有什么比较大的缺陷,同时其核心竞争力较强。公司的事务分为很多方面,只有各方面协调工作,整体上才取得成功,只要是任何一方面拖后腿,公司就不会取得成功。导致公司失败的原因很多,要具体问题具体分析,有战略方面的,有执行力方面的等等。

3. 有位管理者曾说过真正的授权是以管理者宽容部下失败作为前提,请谈谈你对这句话的理解。

答:失败是一笔财富,一个组织学习的代价,获得了这些经验的部下也是财富。授权代表了信任和责任,宽容部下的失败,是在信任的基础上鼓励尝试和创新,一个组织取得进步和成功需要尝试和创新。我甚至听说过,有人重用犯过错的部下。

4. 作为一名公司的管理人员,你肩负着管理业务和技术业务两付重担,请问你将如何协调好这两方面的工作,当好自己的角色?

答:这个问题我没看明白。不知技术业务是指生产技术还是本身工作技能?我假设技术业务是指工作技能来回答。财务工作本身就是管理工作,这种工作里的技术业务是对于知识、法规、工具等的掌握和培训,对于技术需要自己首先抽出时间学习,安排固定时间大家集体学习、讨论,使得每个人都掌握新法规、新知识。

5. 请结合你的工作经历谈一谈,在公司的决策层中保持成员的多样性有无必要?为什么?

答:很有必要。这样可以避免很多偏颇的决策出台,也会使决策更加符合实际。每个人的背景、经历、思维方式都是不同的,成员的多样性会使决策时多角度看问题,受到的局限会小一些。会计师事务所的员工按常理来说应该是很讲究专业背景的,可是一些著名的国际会计师事务所招聘是员工不限制专业的,各种各样背景的人都有,其管理层也是如此。

6. 假如一个企业赢利不佳,资金紧张。如作为该企业的管理者,你应当采取哪些措施?

答:首先是解决生存问题,加速资金周转。其次,分析造成这种局面的原因是什么,产品、业务模式、营销、服务、管理、人才等等方面究竟是哪里出了问题?经营不好,肯定表现为销售不好,但是原因不是简单的,需要调动所有人的力量才能解决。第三,与骨干员工深入讨论如何才能走出困境,发挥集体思维的力量,也是让大家清楚目前的状况,思考解决的办法。

第四,从重点抓业务开始,循序渐进解决问题。

7 .有人说管理就是控制,也有人说管理就是服务,还有人说管理就是激励,你是怎样理解这些话的?

答:以上这些话都对,只是强调的方面不同。控制是管理的主要过程,强调了管理的任务;服务是从管理对于业务本身的角色方面来说的,管理要服务于业务,服务于人;激励是管理的一种手段。

8 .如工厂与某跨国公司签订一项加工合同,工期为一个月(30天),到第20天时,工厂出现意外情况,按照目前的进度,要晚四天才能完成合同,这时你作为厂长,如何处理这件事?

答:首先,把造成影响生产进度的意外情况解决掉,同时调动工厂一切可以调动的资源“赶货”(如果赶货造成的成本增加在可接受的范围内)。还有10天时间,可以根据具体情况让其他工厂代工部分产品。暂时不处理人,只处理事,对事故负有主要责任的人,督促其“带罪立功”。其次,如果确实不能按时交货,估算出准确的交货时间,研究合同具体条款,估计损失(包括有形的和无形的),会同销售部门做好耐心向客户解释的准备,必要时给予其部分折扣(在下批货物里)。最后,研究意外出现的原因,杜绝类似情况的再次发生。会同销售、生产调度部门,研究是否能使我们签订合同时工期方面有较大的弹性。对于责任人,视其赶货期间表现,给与偏轻度处罚。在生产会议上重点讨论类似事件的深层次原因(如果有的话),使得所有人对此有清醒的认识。

3.英文面试英文自我介绍一般在3分半至5分钟为佳。如果内容充实,可稍有增加,但最好不要超过6分钟。语言凝练、概括、有条理;结构完整、有层次;逻辑严密、清晰。

内容上,可以包括以下几个方面:姓名,毕业时间和学校、专业,(如果在学校获得了重大的荣誉或表彰可以简单提及,切忌篇幅过长),职业生涯。职业生涯可以以时间为轴,介绍自己在哪些行业、哪些公司、哪些职位做过,清晰地描述出自己的职业发展路径。表述时,注意强调各个职位间的关联性,一方面要体现出你曾经对自己职业路径的规划,一方面要和以后的职业规划相结合。例如,甲,在X公司工作5年,1-2年做技术工作,3-4年做sales,第5年被提升为sales manager。在陈述时,对于第一次变动,可以说在做技术的过程中,发现自己更擅长与人打交道,或觉得做sales更能有成就感,经过对自身性格以及职业规划的思考,决定转做sales;对于第二次变动,可以说由于在业绩上的出色表现,被提拔为sales manager,对于自己的成绩最好数字说话,有具体的数字或者百分比,对于获得的荣誉要说明自己是从多少人中脱颖而出的。

对于跳槽比较频繁的同学,一方面要强调自己每次跳槽带来的职位上的提升(即使职位上没有提升,也要从公司规模、自己职责范围扩大等方面突出自己是越跳越好,处于上升通道中),另一方面要强调职位之间的联系。

例如,乙,工作6年,1-2年在X行业某公司做财务,第3年被该公司提拔为财务经理,第4年跳到Y行业某公司担任财务经理,第5年跳到Z行业某公司担任财务主管,第6年调到W行业某公司担任财务主管。乙的问题是跳槽比较频繁,可能会使考官对其职业忠诚度产生一些怀疑,但是乙的优势在于一直都在财务岗位上。所以在陈述过程中要避重就轻,考生可以强调财务工作的性质与行业本身并没有太大的关联性。并且强调自己在每次更换工作时都有职务的提升。比如,从Y行业跳到Z行业,是从财务经理提升到财务主管;从Y行业调到W行业,虽然title没有变动,但是Y行业的公司是一家内资企业,而W行业的这家公司是世界500强的知名企业。

举个例子仅供大家参考:

Good morning. It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I hope I can make a good performance today. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I spent most of my time on study, and I’ve passed CET-6 during my university. And I’ve acquired basic knowledge of my major. It is my long cherished dream to be a successful manager and I am eager to get an opportunity to fully play my ability.

In July 2003, I began working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Qingdao city. Because there was no more chance for me to give full play to my talent, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004, I left for Beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer. I lead a team of 5 members and accomplish different tasks in these years. In order to make greater achievements in my work, I realize that I need to study more management knowledge and the skills about how to organize people. That is the reason why I would like to join a MBA program.

I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also,I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the requirement of your university.

4.一有关工作经验方面的问题参考

1. What do you do?

I have been working as a computer programmer for five years. To be specific, I do system analysis, trouble shooting and provide software support. (我干了五年的电脑程序员。具体地说,我做系统分析,解决问题以及软件供应方面的支持。)

2. Why did you leave your last job?

Well, I am hoping to get an offer of a better position. If opportunity knocks, I will take it.(我希望能获得一份更好的工作,如果机会来临,我会抓住。) 

I feel I have reached the "glass ceiling" in my current job. / I feel there is no opportunity for advancement. (我觉得目前的工作,已经达到顶峰,即沒有升迁机会。)

3.What contribution did you make to your current (previous) organization?

Can you tell me your major achievements in your present work?

In 2008, I led a team of 8 people and finished three new projects in only five months. These projects helped my branch won the sales championship of the year. I was promoted to sales manager at the end of the year. I hope I can apply my experience to this position. (我已经完成三个新项目,我相信我能将我的经验用在这份工作上。)

4.What leadership qualities did you develop as an administrative personnel?

I feel that learning how to motivate people and to work together as a team will be the major goal of my leadership. (我觉得学习如何把人们的积极性调动起来,以及如何配合协同的团队精神,是我管理工作的主要目标。)

5.What is your short-term plan?

What do you see yourself in five years? (你的五年计划?)

I want to work in a company with good future. I won’t care if it is big or small. I want to combine the knowledge I learned from business school with my job. management position in five years.

6.What kind of work do you like best?

I like administrative work best, such as allocating people into effective work groups. 

Making plans, controlling while the projects go on and making assessment for future adjustment.

5.一关于管理方面的问题参考

1. What motivates you?

I fell motivated if I can use my abilities successfully. I believe that everybody has special abilities and talents. I feel proud when I do my best to apply my abilities to something important. If I am successful at what I am eager to do, I am especially happy. But even if I did not succeed, or only partially succeed, I am still glad that I at least did my best.

2.Do you consider yourself a leader or a follower?

I am a leader. I enjoy organizing people to make things work more efficiently, and I like encouraging people and helping them to move along in the direction of the company vision. I expect to learn as much as I can in this position so that I can later move into a leadership position in your company. I understand that a person cannot be a good leader unless he completely understands the company and how it operates.

3.What is your work style?

I am people –oriented (task-oriented, time-oriented). That is one reason I chose to become a manager. I just enjoy being around people---talking with people, helping people. I like spending time with other faculty members. I hope I can be open to not only praise but also to criticism.

4.What have you learned from your mistakes?

I have learned a couple of things from my mistakes. One thing I have learned is to take criticism in a positive way. When I make a mistake and someone points it out to me or offers advice, I should accept their advice and avoid making the same mistake again.

5.Describe a mistake you made on the job and how you overcame it.

At my last job I once wrote a detailed report that the Director needed for an important meeting. It took me one week to complete the report. On the last day, when I completed the report, a computer virus infected my computer and destroyed the file. I had not made a backup copy. I spent the whole weekend rewriting the report so that it would be ready on Monday for the Director’s meeting.

6. If an employee you supervise asked you to sign him out early, what would you do?

Usually I won’t sign an employee out early, especially if there isn’t a good reason. Even if he has the proper reason, the employee would have to go through the normal procedure, such as making up the time on another day, whatever the company policy is. All employees must be treated equally. If I give one employee special treatment, I am not dealing properly with all employees.

7.What would you do the first day on the job?

First, I would want to begin learning about my position and my department. I would try to meet all my colleagues. If there were time the first day, I would try to gather as many manuals and reports as possible that would help me understand my position and how it fits into the big picture of the company. I want to become familiar with my duties and responsibilities as soon as possible.
