1.walk the walk:说到做到，言行一致

You can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?

2. walk sb. home送某人回家

He always walked her home. 他经常护送她走回家。

3. walk one’s dog遛狗

They walk their dogs every day. 他们每天遛狗。 

4.walk tall  昂首阔步；趾高气扬；挺直腰杆

He used to walk tall around here.他曾在这里呼风唤雨。

If you depend too much on others, you will never be able to walk tall.要是过分依赖别人，你就永远挺不起腰杆。

5. walk in on  冷不丁进屋撞见

I walked in on him playing computer games.我无意中撞见他在屋里玩电脑游戏。

6. walk out on sb.  遗弃,抛弃某人

How could she walk out on her kids?  她怎么能遗弃自己的孩子呢？

7. walk sb through sth. 教；逐步引导:

She walked me through a demonstration of the software.  她一步步地给我演示软件。

8. learn to walk before you run 循序渐进

Be patient. Learn to walk before you run.耐心点，做事要循序渐进。
