解决win10下Conda无法安装或更新的问题

conda 安装新的虚拟环境时报错：

解决方案：

步骤1：删除到 c: 用户 < your _ username > . condarc；
步骤2：然后更新 Conda：conda update conda
这将解决 Windows 中的问题。
