kubernetes安装prometheus报错unable to recognize

执行：

kubectl apply -f ./manifests/

最后直接报错如下：

我使用kube-prometheus-0.5.0.zip，kube-prometheus-0.6.0.zip，kube-prometheus-0.7.0.zip的版本都报错，重复执行也一样；
后来是使用一个19年8月的版本，没报错，正常，可以使用；
