分块：

这里是复数吗？

是的，家人用family，几户人家用families。

pay attention to只是“注意”的意思

可以加入great

children's education

组合：

Chinese families pay great attention to children's education.

2.许多父母认为应该努力工作，确保孩子受到良好教育。

分块：

many parents

believe

make sure

children

receive 

good education

组合：

Many parents believe that they should work hard to make sure that children receive good education.

思考：

我认为汉译英重要的有两点

（1）词汇

（2）语法

现有词汇，然后把这些词用正确的语法组合起来就可以了。

3.他们不仅非常情愿为孩子的教育投资，而且花很多时间督促他们学习。

分块：

they

not only ... but also

be willing to do sth

非常？willing前加very吗？

我看答案上面没有加，就这样吧。

invest in 

children's education

spend much time (in) doing sth

urge/push sb to do sth

learn只能做及物动词。

study可做及物动词，也可做不及物动词。

但是Not only,but also怎么用呢？

例句：Not only will I paint sharks on my wall, but I will also paint dolphins and jellyfish.

不理解，但可以模仿。

Not only are they willing to invest in their children's education,but they also speed much time urging them to study.

什么是及物动词？什么是不及物动词？

及物动词可直接跟宾语，不及物动词后不能直接跟有动作的对象（即宾语）。

若要跟宾语，必须先在其后添加上某个介词。如to，of，at，其后方可跟上宾语。

4.多数家长希望孩子能上名牌大学。

expect that sb can do sth

children

go to the university.

名牌？famous and best

如果是我自己的话，我会想到这样的词汇。

合并：

Most parents expect that their children can go to the famous and best university.

 5.由于改革开放，越来越多的家长能送孩子到国外学习或参加国际交流项目，以拓宽其视野。

分块：

Thanks to 

reform and opening-up

more and more parents

be able to do 

send sb to do 

study abroad

international exchange programs(可能有很多项目，所以+s）

in order to doing sth

broaden one's horizons

合并：

Thanks to reform and opening-up,more and more parents are able to send their children to study abroad or take part in international exchange programs in order to broaden their horizons.

 6.通过这些努力，他们期望孩子健康成长，为国家的发展和繁荣作出贡献。

development and prosperity(这个词我不会，是繁荣的意思) of the country（为什么这里要加the呢）

组合：
