英文有几斤几两?

The pound makes no sense to me. In China, 斤 jin is the norm, even though it already got officially abolished in 1991. You can still find it everywhere, in wet markets, street stalls, or grocery stores with 500g to mean jin. Also, you'll say 120jin instead of 60kg when talking about your weight. Now I'm making the pound reasonable to me:

1 lb = 0.45 kg = 450 g ≈ 1 jin
1 - 5 lb ≈ 1- 5 jin
6 -15 lb ≈ (6 - 15) - 1 jin
16 - 25 lb ≈ (16 - 25) - 2 jin
...

10 lb ≈ 10 - 1 jin
20 lb ≈ 20 - 2 jin
30 lb ≈ 30 - 3 jin
...
100 lb ≈ 100 - 10 jin
200 lb ≈ 200 - 20 jin
...
1000 lb ≈ 1000 - 100 jin
