iOS实现验证码倒计时的功能，在点击“获取验证码时”，进入时间倒计时，
具体思路：创建一个按钮，添加点击事件，用NSTimer定时器，每一秒执行一次，定时的去改变按钮的标题和样式（在倒计时过程中按钮不可点击）。倒计时结束后，关闭定时器，改变按钮样式并设置可以点击。
在按钮的点击事件中实现下面代码:
