Application level components

• 级别：idea 应用级别组件，在 idea 启动完成时即开始工作
• 使用：有些教程中会说实现ApplicationComponent接口，但是该接口在新版中已经弃用，需要使用initComponent()方法则可以通过MessageBus来监听容器初始化完成的事件做相应的操作，需要使用disposeComponent()方法则可以通过实现Disposable接口来实现。这里我们用一个简单的方法来演示一下，实现BaseComponent接口。

Project level components

• 级别：项目级别，在项目打开时生效
• 使用：通过实现ProjectComponent

服务端是用go写的一个简单的接口，模拟返回当前最新版本号
