田黄石是寿山石系中的瑰宝,素有“万石中之王”尊号。其色泽温润可爱,肌理细密,自明清以来就被印人视为“印石之王”。数百年来田黄石极受藏家至爱,正如俗语所说:“黄金易得,田黄难求”。
早在一千多年前,我国已有人开始采集,到了明清两代田黄石更是盛名于世。许多达官显贵,文人雅士竞相刻意收集田黄石。相传清初时期皇帝祭天,神案上都少不了一方上品田黄石。因此,田黄石一直盛名不衰,身价倍增,曾有古话“一两田黄十两金”。明代寿山石中的田黄石已御定为宫廷之印玺。到了清代,皇帝更是喜爱田黄石。
相传乾隆皇帝曾经做过一个梦,梦见自己受到玉皇大帝的召见,玉皇大帝赐给他一块黄色的石头,还赐给他“福寿田”三个大字。乾隆梦醒之后,觉得这是一个祥瑞之兆,但是却对“福寿田”三字百思不得其解。于是,次日他在上朝之时,将梦境叙述出来让大臣们给自己圆梦。一位大臣听后连忙跪倒禀告,称“福寿田”三字应以“福州、寿山、田黄石”为解,玉皇大帝赐给皇上您的一定是产于福州寿山的田黄石。乾隆皇帝听后极为高兴,认为这确实是老天爷对自己的恩赐,从此,每年元旦祭天大礼中,乾隆皇帝都要在供案上供一块田黄石以祈求上苍保佑,足见乾隆对寿山田黄石的喜爱。
而这枚非同一般的“同道堂”印章正是一块田黄,这使不可一世的慈禧太后对田黄产生了敬畏之情,从内心感觉到田黄的神奇和通灵。发展到最后,她一见到田黄便沐浴焚香。目空一切的“老佛爷”的这种惊人之举,让珍贵已极的田黄更加身价百倍。以至到后来官场权贵敬石成风,当朝为官的无不以求得一块田黄护官为幸。从此以后,田黄便成了权力的象征。末代皇帝溥仪出逃流亡的时候,随身携带的物品屈指可数,但在逃亡的整个过程中他始终保存着一件田黄“三连章”印玺。可见极其珍贵!此枚寿山田黄乾隆玉印,品相极佳,重量罕见 ,雕工精湛,寿山田黄的上品 ,其文物价值,艺术收藏价值,升值空间非常巨大!
