A letter for my immortal love

This poem was written after I read the novel A letter from a strange woman

Dear sir, my everlasting love and my eternal spirit——

My life, my God and the core of my heart.

Your voice, my love, wanders in my breasts,

Like the muffled sound among the listening pines.

Your face, my love, appears in my sweetest dream,

Like sugar in one’s delicious cream.

Everything you touch, for me——

Are all the reason that make up my glee.

I am the little drop of drew under the lotus leaf,

You are the vast lake above the earth itself.

I worship you, like the sunflowers to the sun

Whose tiny moves make them run.

That will be forever——

So long as the sun rises as ever.

But for you, sir, I am the woman you never know,

And the woman to whom you shall say no.

Cupid’s arrow hit me with crying,

But you, wearing bulletproof vest without moaning.

I am the singing nightingale flying in the air,

You are the extensive sky that has no ear.

You leave you trace in every beautiful dress,

I lead my life ship on that only lighthouse.

my heart longs day and night

for one little glance of your gentle sight.

Oh, please love me, sir,

I first and last tell you to do so.

You are the greatest secret in my life,

Without it, I live meaninglessly on the loaf.

I celebrate my own Unrequited-Love Carnival,

spend no time on other festival

How pure, clean and honest the secret is,

No other thing’s passion can compare its.

Once the secret is revealed,

leave a wound can never be healed.

I should have kept the secret,

Like the animal say nothing to their forest.

But I find a paradise no pain

Which attracts me by all means to gain.

Who I am, you will find it no way,

This letter write just before I pass away.

I shall linger on to die in slow agony,

You still on the way pursuing the cute bunny.

I have no blame on you at all,

You should not feel guilty any more.

Last and first time to say so——

I love you, sir.
