微信小程序公众号自动回复功能实现(Java)

需求:打开微信小程序,点击首页Banner,跳转到客服对话框,然后客服自动回复一张二维码;

微信自动回复功能,官方文档写的很简单 官方文档地址:

第一步,配置服务器,开发者需要登录微信公众平台

在此页面的开发--开发设置--消息推送中进行相关配置,配置如下图:

数据格式我选择的是Json,消息加密方式由于没有敏感数据,所以选择的是 明文模式
此处配置,按照文档一步步配置即可;

第二步,配置好微信服务器后,Java代码中,第一步,校验配置URL的有效性(get请求)

可以看到,自动回复图片的请求参数中,有一个media_id和touser是需要用户上传的
media_id需要通过上传素材到微信服务器来得到
touser :是微信主动请求开发者在第一步配置的消息推送服务配置中配置的那个URL地址,请求方式是Post请求

首先来看看如何得到media_id,即上传素材到微信服务器

官方文档请查看微信上传临时素材API开发者也可以选择永久素材,这个由开发者自行选择,本文所提到的是上传临时素材中的上传图片

打开微信客服对话框后,微信服务器会主动请求开发者服务URL,也就是刚刚上面所配置的URL,请求方式是post请求,请求参数中,我们可以拿到一个FromUserName,也就是对应的用户的openId,这样我们就拿到了自动回复的所有参数;

接来下,就是自动回复的代码了

到此,微信自动回复图片就基本完成

最后,上述代码有一点问题,就是,每次自动回复都会获取一次token,而每个开发者账号,每天只能获取200次token,所以此处可以优化,将token存下来,token的有效期是 2个小时;在这两个小时期间,不用重复获取token;

另外,这里上传的是临时素材,临时素材的有效期是3天,也就是说media_id的有效期是3天,大家也可以考虑使用永久素材;
