My English diary on may 30th.

Today is my sixth English diary. It is said that the cultivation of a good habit needs to persist for 21 days. I have persisted to the sixth day. I hope I can persist to the 21st day.Fighting!

Today I also want to record three things that make me happy and remember deeply.

The first happy thing is that I get back to work status. Because of the Covid-19, I work at home, so I will deal with many urgent and important things at home. But when there are so many things to deal with, you will feel very anxious.Don't panic or worry at this time. When I did 20 push ups after moderate exercise, my mind suddenly became clear. It suddenly occurred to me that things only need to be done one by one, and they can be completed slowly. And there is a proverb that a bad pen is better than a good memory. So I write down the items that need to be completed with a pen, and complete them one by one. By the time I got off work, I had basically finished all my work today and was very efficient.

The second thing that makes me happy is that I did Aerobics with my friends this evening. And today, the number of walking steps exceeds 10000. Sure enough, exercise can make people release dopamine and become very happy. I hope I can keep a diary in English and keep exercising. The two most important things for me in 2022 are sports and English.

The last important thing today is that I am going to end my home office and work in the company. This incident didn't make me very happy, but what made me gain a lot is that human beings are actually social animals, both in work and life. When you communicate with friends and partners, you can maximize your value. So I hope you can work hard and healthy for 50 years.Enjoy it!
