Atomic Habits_2_Immediate rewards

List 10 tiny things I feel most want to do, once choose one as my immediate reward :

  1. reading critical thinking for 3'
  2. sort out and review notes for 5'
  3. rope skipping 3'
  4. Electronic keyboard 5'
  5. jazz "Havana" 10'
  6. jazz "Gogobebe" 10'
  7. draw a stick figure 10'
  8. choose a video interested (within 5')
  9. see a video of my "favorites" (within 30')
  10. just organize my thoughts, or review what I recently did(something like meditation) for 10'

Well, it seems like I am using "habit stacking".
Whatever, let's see will things change or not.
