Today I finally meet Audrey Hlembizky who I met Facebook last year .She is a wonderful amazing woman I always want meet with in person who inspires and empower many women and man . I feel that she is most incredible woman and a wonderful human being I have ever known in my life!
I never forgot that she once share with her Facebook friends in a video that “happiness is your choice! "You are going to say to yourself every day that you are going to live life with joy, peace, happiness and attitude! "She was inspired me ,moved me and touched me in many ways. She helped me go through very difficult time last year since I moved to a new city ,and lost my close friend. And I do chose happiness to apply my life, and my life gets light up again !Thanks Audrey! I even wrote “the joy, peace , attitude, and happiness is my choice ”on small stick paper。Stick the papers on my living room ,so that it can mention me every day until I really put it into my life. As soon as I apply for the happiness is my choice in my life, my life always has been in a positive way . Today I share this with you, you can get this now. Believe me! If you apply it into your life, it is very amazing and very workable!
Today Audrey talked about the possibility of love. I really want know what is about? I really want love my family, my friends, and I feel there are something missing. I can not full express my love, I still have some resentment with my family member and friends, also I have some regrets for what happened the past. I want find out what is the key that I can resolve or remove all my resentment and regrets so that I can fully enjoy my life with love ,happiness , friendship with my family members and my best friends!
Here I am now. Here is what I got today:
First she let us think about what is working in our life...what is not working in our life ... . I make a list :first, the relationships with my daughter, friends. Second, how to balance my life with the life I want be ,and the life I just live on , which is not balance obviously!
Then she let us think about the area we are working on . I really work on the relationship with my daughter in daily life as we live together , too close! You know mother and daughter always have some issues going on... Sometimes they drive each other crazy! You know most people who love you, also can make you live miserable. Haha...you know what I am talking about. You have same experience, right? And I think how I can be the real model to my daughter and my family members .How can I make real difference in the world and in my life.
What is missing? What would make a difference?
"The unconditional trust , the unconditional love!"— That is what people just missing! I thought I was loving my daughter , and I thought I was loving family and friends, but there are always have some there . Maybe we are misunderstanding each other , maybe is some past experiences ,feelings have been affecting us, maybe is some stories whispering to our head! We make up all things together ,and let them affect our life , affect our decisions, affect our acting to our family and friends.
Imagine that: If you can consistently love unconditionally, if you can trust our children or our friends unconditionally , not based on our circumstances, not based on what happened in past, not based our made up stories and poor untrusting mood, or not affect others person's mood or behavior, you can get the love you want ,because nothing can beat or win the unconditional love! All the resentment and all the behaviors which will change eventually with that unconditional. You only can control yourself , you can't control who they are, what they feel, what they are going to react.
We are human beings, like bird need fly, fish need swim , human beings need love! As soon as bird can't fly, fish can't swim, they are going to die. We human beings, if we don't know how to love, we literally died! Even people physically live or walk on this planet, they are unhappy , they live life are not the life they want to be!
So , what is the possibility of love is unconditional love! And what the possibility I am going to invest do myself and my life is the possibility of being! This is what I got today. This is very powerful place to stay on!
Life is create, life is possible! Bring unconditional love to your life you will get love. We are all on the journey of life, let's love this planet, love this world , love people surround you!
