On top of that, it is debatable whether  more freedom can be  conferred on them, given the fact that they have to deal with various aspects by themselves, ranging from engaging with clients to human interaction.In such case, they may as well leave little time for family and friends, which might wreak havoc on their relationships. Hence, the breakdown of marriages or friendships.
