IDEA的DB Navigator无法连接之时区解决

问题描述：
Cannot connect to “xxxxx”.
The server time zone value ‘�й���׼ʱ��’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the ‘serverTimezone’ configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

解决：
①打开DB Navigator界面；
②配置自己要连接数据库的基本信息；
③在Properties中设置时区，点击加号，新增一栏，Property为serverTimezone，value为Asia/Shanghai；
