AndroidStudio工程报错Could not find common.jar (android.arch.core:common:1.0.0）

今天编译AS工程突然报错

* What went wrong:
A problem occurred configuring project ':ProjTank3_9'.
> Could not find common.jar (android.arch.core:common:1.0.0).
  Searched in the following locations:
      https://jcenter.bintray.com/android/arch/core/common/1.0.0/common-1.0.0.jar

访问提示的url显示资源包已经找不到了

经过查找修改build.grade中的摄者可以解决此问题
