Omnivore's Dilemma(4th)

今天才算真正读进去了一点，(真正有兴趣读)，作者来到Iowa农场，探究工业食物链的最初来源。主要讲的食物就是玉米。玉米能够在工业化农场上占有主要地位和受到农民的青睐，不但与它自身的强大的适应能力有关，还与它和人类亲密的关系有关——满足人类不断变化的需求。
