Microsoft Teams 报错：We‘re sorry-we‘ve run into an issue.

问题：

用户在公司内网下，登录Teams，提示报错：We're sorry-we've run into an issue.

经检查，用户的网络都是正常的，浏览器可以正常访问外网网站和内网网站。

解决办法：

操作处理1：

按照下面操作重装Teams，大家可以先按普通方法重装，如果不行，就按照下面的方法，请各位自己翻译了

It required, windows update. Please perform the below steps and assist user.
1. Uninstall Teams application from Software center and from control panel(Programs & features list)
2. clear the teams cache from below path.
• %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft - Delete Teams folder
• %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft Teams - Delete Logs file
• %AppData%\Local\Microsoft - Delete Teams folder
3. Preform windows update and Microsoft updates
4. Run "gpupdate /force" on command prompt(User should be connected to VPN)
5. Restart the system and install Teams application from software center.

Please share the screenshot of error message and the troubleshooting steps which you have performed with screenshots.

Please do Windows & Microsoft updates.
Go to Start -> Type "Windows Update Settings" -> Check the update policy (Make sure it is updated to today's date) and also click on "check online for updates from Microsoft updates"

For Microsoft updates, it will take some time, please make sure all Microsoft updates are downloaded and installed successfully.

以上操作会解决大部分电脑的问题，如仍然不能解决，需要重装操作系统。

我遇到的用户的问题最后是重装操作系统解决的，用户的Teams，outlook ，Onedrive这些Office应用都无法正常登录，显示无网络，更换了微软DNS仍无法使用，防火墙放行应用仍然不行，重装Windows Defender也无法使用。所以最后重装了系统，重装系统后，问题得到了解决。
